The Georgetown Internal Medicine Residency program consistently matches residents in excellent fellowship programs in a wide variety of specialties. In addition, several residents go on to careers as general internists and a handful are invited to remain as Chief Residents at Georgetown University Hospital or one of our affiliated hospitals.
