The interview day concludes officially at 2:30 p.m, however, to allow enough time to catch flights, trains etc. plan on leaving the hospital around 3:00 p.m.
Please come to the Harvey Conference Room of the 5th floor of the Pasquerilla Healthcare Building (PHC). We'll be there to greet you once you step off the elevators.
Yes, Georgetown University operates a free shuttle service from both the Rosslyn Metro Station (the Blue and Orange lines) and the Dupont Metro Station (the Red line). During rush hour, the shuttles run every 15 minutes or so. Click here for further information for public transportation options to Georgetown University Hospital.
MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's address is 3800 Reservoir Road NW, Washington DC 20007. Click here for driving directions.
Turn into MedStar Georgetown University Hospital via Entrance #1 off of Reservoir Road, and park in either the visitors parking lot or the Leavey Parking Garage. No matter where you park, your parking will be validated in full for the duration of the day.
The closest and most convenient airport is Reagan National Airport (DCA) which is about 15 minutes away and right on the blue line of the Metro. Dulles International Airport (IAD) would be next closest which is about 45 minutes away. Dulles also provides public transportation into DC via the 5A metro bus. Click here for the schedule.
Dulles also provides a (private) Washington Flyer Bus Service ($10 one-way). The bus leaves from the West Falls Church Metro and goes directly to Dulles Airport.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is the third option which is about an hour drive from the hospital.
For those flying into BWI, there is a MetroBus (B30, $6 each way) that connects to Greenbelt Metro. Click here for the timetable.
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your interview date if we can accomodate the change. Please reschedule by reaching out to us as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your originally scheduled interview. This will allow us to fill the spot with another applicant.
