VAMC Paperwork

You will all rotate at our local Veterans Affairs Medical Center during your time with us, whether it is for inpatient, continuity clinic, or outpatient subspecialty clinics. As such, you must complete some paperwork and online learning modules.

DEADLINE = FRIDAY, MAY 20

1) Please complete the VA Trainee Registration Form and email it to Djuro Karanovic (our 2015-2016 VAMC Georgetown Chief Resident) by Friday, May 20. Please follow the directions on the first page of the PDF. The directions are very detailed, but if you still have questions after reading them, please contact Djuro.

2) Please complete Online TMS Training by Friday, May 20 (directions below)

-> Go to https://www.tms.va.gov/plateau/user/login.jsp

-> Create a new user login. (VHA -> Health Professions trainee -> VA)

-> Location Code: WAS. POC: Evangeline Kokkinos. POC email: Evangeline.kokkinos@va.gov

-> If you rotated at a VA during med school, please see below for instructions on transferring your login

-> Complete mandatory training for trainees course

-> After completion you should receive a certificate. Please email a copy to Djuro.
